Established in 1999, Jiangshan Yulan Transformer Co., Ltd. is a renowned private star enterprise in Quzhou City. After more than two decades of continuous development, technological innovation and product upgrading, we have evolved into a key manufacturer in the transformer industry, specializing in the production of furnace transformers, rectifier transformers, power transformers and reactors up to 110kV class.

Our company is strategically located in Jiangshan, Zhejiang Province, China, enjoying exceptional transportation connectivity. The region is served by multiple high-speed railway lines including Beijing-Jiangshan, Shanghai-Kunming and Shanghai-Changsha, as well as the traditional Zhejiang-Jiangxi Railway. It is also easily accessible via Beijing-Taipei Expressway, National Highway 205 and National Highway 320, and is merely 30 kilometers away from Quzhou Airport. Jiangshan is not only an industrial hub but also a picturesque tourist destination boasting the world natural heritage site Jianglang Mountain, the ancestral home of Mao Zedong, and Xianxia Pass (Former Residence of Dai Li). Nurtured in this fertile land, Yulan Transformer currently employs over 75 dedicated staff members, including 10 engineering and technical personnel: 3 senior engineers, 3 senior technologists and 4 skilled technicians. The company occupies a total area of 35,000 square meters, with fixed assets of 40 million RMB and a modern production workshop area of 15,000 square meters. Our annual production capacity reaches 2.6 million kVA of various transformers, with an annual output value of nearly 100 million RMB.

- 400kV partial discharge free (PD-free) power frequency withstand voltage test transformer

- Fully computer-controlled 2-meter vertical winding machine
- 1200 core slitting line
- 400 and 800 core cross-cutting lines

- More than 80 other major production and testing equipment
With these advanced production facilities, sophisticated manufacturing processes and comprehensive testing capabilities, we can custom-design, develop and manufacture high-quality transformers up to 110kV class with a single unit capacity of 120,000 kVA.
