Yulan Transformer Optimizes Testing Laboratory to Improve High-Voltage Transformer Quality Control Standard

Jiangshan Yulan Transformer Co., Ltd. has finished the upgrade of its comprehensive product testing laboratory, introducing a full set of high-standard inspection equipment for 110kV-class transformers to upgrade its quality verification capability.

The upgraded lab is installed with 400kV partial-discharge-free withstand voltage test transformer, 300kV induction test set and other precision detection machines, enabling full performance inspection covering insulation, loss rate, impulse voltage resistance for all finished power, furnace and rectifier transformers before factory delivery. All products must pass strict lab testing aligned with national transformer standards and international certification specifications.

Founded in 1999 with over 75 professional employees and a 35,000㎡ factory site, Yulan always sticks to the quality-first development philosophy.
