Yulan Transformer Expands Production Capacity for 110kV Power & Furnace Transformer Series

Jiangshan Yulan Transformer Co., Ltd., a well-established transformer manufacturer founded in 1999 based in Quzhou Zhejiang, has officially completed its latest workshop upgrading project to expand the annual output of high-voltage transformers. Benefiting from over 25 years of technical accumulation, the enterprise optimizes its full production line covering power transformers, furnace transformers, rectifier transformers and reactors up to 110kV grade.

Equipped with advanced core manufacturing equipment including 1200kV impulse test devices, vacuum phase drying systems and automated winding machines, Yulan now lifts its total annual production capacity to 2.6 million kVA. Certified with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 management systems, the company’s customized single-unit transformer can reach maximum capacity of 120,000kVA. Its finished products have passed national authoritative product testing, winning growing orders from domestic power grid projects and overseas buyers across Southeast Asia, Middle East and other regions. Company officials stated the upgraded production lines will shorten custom order lead time and further stabilize product quality for global clients.
