Yulan Transformer manufactures oil-immersed power transformers for generation, transmission, and distribution applications, covering voltage classes from 35kV to 110kV and single-unit capacities up to 120,000 kVA (120 MVA). Voltage classifications we supply include: distribution-class power transformers (35kV and below) for industrial and commercial power supply, medium-voltage power transformers (35kV–69kV) for regional substations, and high-voltage power transformers (69kV–110kV) for transmission network step-down and step-up applications.

Winding insulation systems are designed and tested for the full 1200kV impulse withstand level.
Quality and testing: Every power transformer manufactured at Yulan undergoes routine tests including ratio, polarity, impedance, no-load loss, load loss, and dielectric tests. Our test bay includes a 1200kV impulse test system, 400kV partial discharge free power frequency withstand voltage test transformer, and 300kV induction test generator set. Products are also submitted for type testing at the National Transformer Product Testing Center of China.
For reactive power compensation and voltage regulation in conjunction with power transformers, we also supply magnetically controlled reactors and special purpose transformers for furnace and rectifier applications.
